Detox Diet Fruit
Ideal for warm weather arrives, Fruit Detox Diet, a regimen that promises to cleanse detoxifying the liver, kidneys and intestines, help renew the body fluids and in the process, lose weight. What more could you want!
It lasts 27 days and only allows the consumption of cantaloupes, watermelons, lemons, papayas, water and honey. (Quite Strict)
Then the Detox Diet Plan Fruit:
* Days 1-3: Eat only cantaloupe. Are mild and laxatives.
* Days 4-6: Eating only watermelon. Refreshes the body and work in the liver and kidneys.
* Days 7-9: Eat only papayas. Work in the intestines and digestion.
* Day 10-12: Drink only lemon and honey dissolved in water. This will clean the system of excess mucus. Do not eat any solid food.
* Day 13-15: Drinking water only natural. Do not drink cold or iced.
* Day 16-18: The process upside down! Drinking water with lemon, honey and nothing else.
* Day 19-21: Eat only papayas.
* Day 22-24: Eating only watermelon.
* Day 25-27: Eat only cantaloupe.
After the diet, you should start eating only fruit and adding yogurt if desired, and then vegetables. It should begin to eat slowly and cautiously. None of nuts and grains, it would be counterproductive. It is recommended to massage the body with almond oil often during the diet.
Note .- The Fruit Detox diet can be quite strenuous, for that reason may be changed or reduced to a simple plan of 21 days. And if so, will only be a day of each of the three main stages (days 10-12, 13-15 and 16-18), instead of three days.
