Exercises to do at the officeMany people are working 8 hours or more sitting at a desk. The office work can be stressful and exhausting, but you can solve that to some extent with some exercises to do at the office.

Not be as effective as going to a gym but are very useful to work more relaxed, combat stress and not to suffer the consequences of prolonged sitting. And what is worse, the consequences of spending too much time sitting in a bad position.

Exercises to do at the office:

Sitting with your back straight, we drop the arms to the sides and turn your head to one side and the other a very soft as if to say “no.” Repeat for 3 minutes and then we head back and forth in the same way for another 3 minutes. Finally, we describe a circle as wide as possible slowly, first on one side and then the other side.

While we were sitting, we can work the legs and feet while dealing with our work. We can stretch your legs and feet forward, rotate the ankles on both sides, bend and straighten the knees. If we keep the legs and feet in motion will be exercising much the same way as we walk.

So we can use ankle weights to perform these exercises while working.

It is essential to good posture while sitting, otherwise any move we make in that position can be harmful. It is also advisable not sit for more than 45 or 50 minutes without getting up and walking even a little.
